I’m Stephen. Based in Worthing, West Sussex, I’m a Practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
In addition to running my own private practice, I have prior experience working at a local level within the NHS mental health environment and at a leading UK anxiety & addictions clinic in Brighton.
I specialise in treating anxiety disorders. I research and write extensively about these conditions, and my writings have been referenced by numerous media organisations, including the BBC, The Guardian and The Telegraph.
